General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The following terms and conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts between Branded Genius and its customers. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts you enter into with Branded Genius.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
Our offers are subject to change and non-binding. A contract is only concluded when we confirm your order in writing or when we begin the provision of the service.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices for our services are specified in our offers. All prices are exclusive of the statutory value-added tax.
Payment is usually made by bank transfer or PayPal. The payment term is 14 days from the invoice date.
4. Services and Delivery Times
We provide our services with the required care and to the best of our knowledge and belief. The delivery time is specified in our offers and begins with the receipt of your payment.
5. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by us intentionally or through gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Since our services are tailored solutions, there is no right of withdrawal.
7. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Pforzheim.
